Edit Text

One of the functions you will be doing frequently is adding or updating text on your web site. Follow the steps below to accomplish this.

1. Be sure you have logged in to your site
   
   
2. Go to the web page you want to edit (i.e. about page)
   
   
3. Click on the edit icon It usually looks like a piece of paper with a pen or pencil on it.
   
   
   
   
4. An editor will pop up where you can add or update your text. It works much like wordpad or a simple word processor to format your text. Later on we will show you some advanced uses for the text editor, including adding images and other media. For now use it like any word processor to change the size and format of your text.
