As a Pastor at Grace Bible Church I know what your priorities and schedules are like. I design my websites to maximize both of those.
When you have a question or problem, the person that is going to be answering you is the same person who designed, installed and maintains your site.
The disadvantage of this personal service is that I am occasionally unavailable . . . like Sunday morning, Sunday evenings and Wednesday nights. Of course if you are a Pastor, church volunteer or staff member, you are probably busy at those times too. I also take time to spend with my wife and children :>)
For $240 per year I offer you a partnership in getting your church visible on the internet. There are no upfront fees, no hidden expenses. You don't pay until you are satisfied with the overall layout and look of your website.
A partnership of course implies a sharing of responsibilities. Let me explain my part in the partnership and your responsibilities.

- Provide hosting for your site with 1,000 megabytes storage and 5,000 megabytes of bandwidth
